Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, or Money Order. Online payments are expected within 24hrs after an order is placed. Money Order payments are expected within seven business days after an order is placed. Any and all orders not paid for within this time period will be cancelled and deleted from the system. If you miss the payment period, and your order is cancelled, you will have to re-order.

 
Returns for defective workmanship will be accepted for up to 60 days. Upon receipt of the defective shoes, JoShoes will inspect the item, and determine if there is a workmanship defect. If a workmanship defect is determined, an exchange, or an in-store credit will be issued.


RETURNS FOR WRONG SIZE: Due to the customization of this product, returns for wrong size will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Upon receipt of the shoes, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the shoes, less 20%. If you wish to re-order the correct size, you may do so at any time. Shoes returned for wrong size will NOT BE EXCHANGED, ONLY REFUNDED LESS 20%.Returns that are mailed back to JoShoes without delivery confirmation are shipped at your own risk. We will not be responsible for lost mail items shipped without some form of tracking.

 
JoShoes WILL NOT accept a return for color alone, unless the shoes were made and sent to you in the wrong color. If you are unsure of a color, please email customerservice@joshoes.com to request a swatch.


All in-stock merchandise sales are final.
 
 Shipping for the USA/Canada starts at $3.15, and shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
